Maybe you feel stuck in harmful patterns with your partner, feeling distant and lonely in your relationship but everything you’ve tried to fix it hasn’t worked. Perhaps you find yourself unhappy with your body, afraid of food and your cravings, but feel you’ve exhausted every option to change it.
